Counseling can take place online, in person in Berlin, or in a combination of both formats. Some clients prefer the flexibility of alternating between online and in person sessions depending on scheduling, travel, or the topic being discussed.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes long. In some cases, longer sessions can be helpful, particularly when working through more emotionally intense, complex, or relationship-focused topics.

There is no fixed timeline for counseling. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose a longer process. Many clients find a rhythm of bi-weekly sessions helpful, especially in the beginning.
