Get in Touch
There are two ways to get in touch, depending on what you need.
Book a Free Introductory Call
If you're interested in working together, the quickest way to get started is to book a free 20 minute introductory call.
This short online conversation gives us the opportunity to discuss what brings you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for your situation.
When booking, please include a brief description of what you would like support with and let me know who will be attending the call (for example, just yourself, you and your partner, or multiple partners).
Prefer to ask a question first? Use the contact form below.
Questions Before Booking
If you're not quite ready to book a call, have a few questions before getting started, or would like to discuss another type of enquiry, feel free to send me a message using the form below.
This may include questions about the counselling process, fees, availability, workshops, speaking engagements, collaborations, or other professional enquiries.
Please note that counselling and relationship concerns are best discussed during an introductory call or in a session. While I'm happy to answer brief questions by email, I may recommend booking a call if your enquiry would benefit from a more in depth conversation.
