About me
Iām Loretta Schulte, a Berlin based counselor with a background in psychology, cognitive neuropsychology and systemic counseling.
Having grown up and lived across different European countries and international environments, I developed an early interest in the ways people communicate, relate to one another and navigate different perspectives, expectations and ways of living.
My work combines psychological knowledge with practical experience across counseling, social support, research and organizational settings. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, life transitions and questions around communication and intimacy.
Key Facts
My Approach
My work is informed by systemic counseling, which means looking beyond individual symptoms or conflicts and exploring the broader patterns and circumstances that shape them. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, I aim to understand how different factors influence one another and contribute to the challenges people are facing.
I believe that meaningful change begins with greater understanding. Through reflection, curiosity, and open conversation, we work together to better understand existing patterns, gain new perspectives, and identify possibilities for change.
My approach combines psychological knowledge with a collaborative and non judgmental way of working, creating space for greater clarity and more intentional choices.

Why I created Love and Beyond
The idea for Love and Beyond grew out of a simple observation: many of the challenges that shape our lives happen in relationships.
Whether we are struggling with a partner, a family member, a friendship, or our relationship with ourselves, recurring patterns often influence how we communicate, make decisions, set boundaries and create the lives we want to live.
My background in psychology and my long-standing interest in human behavior led me to explore these questions both professionally and personally. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to supporting people who are navigating uncertainty, change, conflict or important life decisions.
LAB, short for Love and Beyond, reflects the idea that relationships are about more than romance. They influence almost every area of our lives. My goal is to offer a thoughtful, non-judgmental space where people can gain clarity, better understand themselves and their relationships, and move forward with greater intention.
